A few things that can affect the final price:
- Water Supply & Pressure – Jet washing needs a strong, consistent water feed. If pressure is low, or there’s limited access to an outdoor tap, the job may take longer or need additional equipment.
- Drainage – Proper drainage is essential. Poor run-off, standing water, or blocked drains may require extra time and care.
- Surface Condition – Heavily stained, mossy or oily surfaces may need additional treatments to achieve the best result.
- Access & Safety – Narrow areas, obstacles, or working at height (e.g. conservatories) can affect how the job is completed.
By checking these during the survey, we make sure you get a clear, fixed price and a professional finish — with no hidden surprises.
